Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Registered Nurse, currently residing and licensed in a compact state with eligibility to obtain RN licensure in more states
- 5+ years of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care setting required
- Supervisor/Managerial experience required
- Experience with Athena EMR preferred
- Ability to work in PST Timezone
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Previous quality and workflow management experience preferred
- Data-driven and proficiency/comfort in using Google Sheets, templates, and other tools to evaluate and optimize the standardization of care across our growing team
- Ability to be agile and balance multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Demonstrates professional, appropriate, effective, and tactful communication skills, including written, verbal and nonverbal
Responsibilities
- Provide workflow management, guidance, coaching, and display subject matter expertise to provide thorough support for the team
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of and monitor service levels and performance guarantees on a daily basis
- Provide training, support, technical and clinical leadership to team members
- Assist the VPC leadership team in workflow enhancement changes, pilot projects, quality reviews, individual and team coaching, and tracking data/outcomes
- Monitor attendance and schedule adherence and ensure staffing levels are met and maintained for daily coverage requirements
- Meet 1:1 monthly with direct reports for ongoing review of productivity, quality review and professional development as well as provide performance feedback and ensure engagement with the practice
- Assist the training and quality team in onboarding and call/case reviews, as needed
- Serve as the first point of contact for workflow questions/clarifications and complex cases including escalations
- Assist the clinical team with day-to-day work and direct patient care, when needed
- Display focus towards continuous improvement, suggest alternative solutions, as well as new ideas that improve team productivity, workflows, member experience, and efficiency aligning directly with our company values and goals
