Principal ABAP Engineer

Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, and develop and maintain high-quality ABAP programs using OOP principles. Design and implement SAP Adobe Forms, collaborate with functional consultants and developers, and work with end-users to ensure excellent user experience. Participate in code reviews and technical design sessions, mentor junior developers, and debug and troubleshoot ABAP programs. Support SAP upgrades and enhancements, following best practices. This role requires strong ABAP (OOP) development and S/4HANA experience, expertise in SAP Adobe Forms, SmartForms, and OData, and hands-on experience with SAP CDS Views. Fluency in English and German is also required.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and documentation
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
• Debugging and troubleshooting ABAP programs as needed
• Supporting SAP upgrades and enhancements, ensuring best practices are followed
