Summary

Join our Digital Product Engineering company as a Mirakl Solution Consultant and lead successful marketplace implementations for retail and CPG clients. You will serve as the technical authority on the Mirakl platform, guiding clients through architecture design, integration, and scaling strategies. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end deployments, conducting solution design workshops, advising on REST API integrations, and mitigating technical risks. You will also identify post-launch expansion opportunities, develop reusable assets, and serve as a liaison between clients and Mirakl product teams. This role requires expertise in eCommerce consulting, hands-on Mirakl platform experience, and proficiency with REST APIs and SaaS/PaaS architectures. The position offers a hybrid/remote option in Melbourne, Australia.

Requirements

• Expertise in eCommerce consulting (Retail/CPG focus preferred)
• Hands-on Mirakl platform experience (implementations/integrations)
• Expertise with REST APIs and SaaS/PaaS architectures
• Proven ability to create technical blueprints and business requirements docs
• Strong stakeholder management (operational teams to C-level)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Mirakl platform deployments from discovery to go-live
• Conduct solution design workshops to define marketplace architecture and feature adoption
• Advise on REST API integrations with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Magento)
• Mitigate risks by identifying technical gaps and proposing alternatives
• Post-launch: Identify expansion opportunities (international, omnichannel, new business models)
• Develop reusable assets/templates to accelerate future implementations
• Serve as liaison between customers and Mirakl product teams to influence roadmap
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specs (JSON/XML, CSV workflows)
• Guide development teams on Mirakl best practices and integration patterns
• Stay current with Mirakl feature releases and SaaS eCommerce trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, SAP Hybris)
• Knowledge of marketplace business models (B2B2C, dropshipping)
• Certification in Mirakl or related technologies
