Summary

The job is for a Principal Developer at Myers-Holum, focusing on SuiteCloud implementation projects. The role involves leading projects, performing fit/gap analysis, developing wireframes and schematic diagrams, collaborating with the in-house development team, acting proactively as a client advocate, contributing to internal initiatives, and being willing to learn and develop NetSuite product skills.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
• Individual has led at least 5+ end-to-end SuiteScript/SuiteCloud implementations to include brand new implementations or replatforming initiatives
• Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards
• Experienced with JavaScript, frontend JS frameworks, Sass, Handlebars, jQuery, AJAX, Gulp, Git, integrations
• Good understanding of web technologies and best practice

Responsibilities

• Act predominantly independent and lead SuiteCloud implementation projects by translating complex business requirements and processes into technical designs in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
• Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
• Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
• Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
• Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
• Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions
• Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements
• Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education
