Requirements

  • Total experience 13+years
  • Strong Architect experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements
  • Strong working experience in Industry Cloud and OmniStudio
  • Experience in architectural design and integration of Salesforce solutions across Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Community cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, or other middleware solutions
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations to support business operations
  • Expertise in Salesforce development tools like Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and CLI
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and best practices for process optimization
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
  • Ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, and recommend their application to improve business processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to document technical specifications, solution designs, and coding standards
  • Proven ability to mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and insights
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent certifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and being able to convert them into a technical design that elegantly meets the requirements
  • Mapping decisions with requirements and being able to translate the same to developers
  • Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
  • Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
  • Writing and reviewing design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
  • Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
  • Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
  • Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
  • Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
