Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8 + Years of experience working in engineering with a focus on Fullstack Development
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework (4.5/4.8), and .NET Core/8
  • Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC and frontend integrations
  • Understanding of legacy code and modernization strategies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical direction for distributed full-stack teams
  • Design and implement solutions across backend (.NET) and frontend (JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC)
  • Promote clean code practices and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and recommend architectural improvements
  • Support iterative modernization of legacy systems
  • Mentor mid and senior-level engineers
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Manager on velocity, scope, and technical risks
  • Serve as the technical liaison for cross-functional stakeholders
