Requirements

• Mastery with Python or TypeScript, comfortable picking up any language
• Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale, high-performance systems
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, and cryptographic principles
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals
• Deep understanding and experience with blockchain technology and distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CTO and be a key-decision maker and contributor to our technical vision and strategy
• Lead the architecture and design of the most critical systems and features
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the entire organization
• Identify and solve for critical system failures and deficiencies
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and approaches
