Requirements

  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution
  • Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application modernization advisory, and program/delivery leadership
  • Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS)and SaaS solution (CRM, SCM, ERP) planning, selection, & implementation
  • Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide Applications initiatives
  • Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area
  • Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams
  • Provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services) and a variety of business functional areas (Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Sales, and HR)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of Enterprise Application transformation and modernization initiatives
  • Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings
  • Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $185,500 - $235,500 USD per year
  • Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance
