• Domain expertise in multiple of the following areas: Conversational AI, NLP, Knowledge Base, Dialog Management, ASR, LLM

Responsibilities

• Partner with other business units to define the next-generation chatbot paradigms in the LLM era to deliver unparalleled user experience
• Design, implement and scale critical machine learning algorithms and services to support Repliant’s most strategic initiatives
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to up-level the engineering organization
• Set the team's technical direction, cultivating an environment that encourages innovation and professional growth
