The gross pay salary range is $209,700 - $283,800 USD.

Requirements

• A proven track record of leveraging data science methods to deliver measurable results and tackle real-world challenges
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages for constructing and analyzing statistical models
• Strong storytelling and visualization abilities to communicate data-driven insights to key decision makers
• Expertise in working with large-scale data and fluency in querying languages such as SQL
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and solve impactful business challenges
• Develop and implement data models and algorithms to optimize Unity’s ads marketplace and user engagement tools
• Partner with multi-functional teams to shape data-driven strategies and communicate actionable findings effectively
• Explore new datasets and methods to validate hypotheses and strengthen Unity's data science capabilities
• Drive product innovation by integrating advanced data analysis to inform decision-making and improvements
