Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant discipline with 6-10 years of experience in mortgage servicing, with a significant understanding of default claims process and procedures
  • Proven experience in product ownership within the financial or mortgage servicing industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to provide guidance to others as a Lead or individual contributor project manager
  • Proficient in defining market requirements and conducting technology assessments
  • Strong understanding of product/solution packaging, pricing, and profitability

Responsibilities

  • Apply a robust theoretical knowledge base to set and achieve goals through independent and influential work
  • Demonstrate specific functional expertise, typically gained through formal education and extensive work experience
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance as a Lead or individual contributor project manager, leveraging advanced technical expertise
  • Collaborate closely with product design & development teams to deliver on product/solution roadmaps
  • Lead in building and maintaining a balanced product/solution portfolio
  • Define detailed market requirements and conduct thorough technology assessments
  • Develop a deep understanding of user personas and how products are used
  • Stay informed about competitor solutions and market trends
  • Demonstrate a strong handle on product/solution packaging, pricing, and profitability
