Summary

Join SentinelOne's AI SIEM team as a Principal Product Manager to define, own, and scale the product strategy for a multi-channel ingestion surface. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from roadmap development and technical design collaboration to launch. This high-impact role requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, security research, and customer-facing teams. You will build scalable, reliable, and secure ingestion capabilities supporting enterprise customer data needs. Requirements

  • Proven experience with agent-based telemetry collection, log shippers (e.g., Cribl, Logstash, FluentBit), and infrastructure for high-scale data ingestion
  • At least 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 12 years and a Master’s degree or a PhD with 8 years experience or equivalent
  • Familiarity with systems architecture, streaming data pipelines, deployment topologies (VMs, containers, Kubernetes), edge computing models and customer-hosted ingestion scenarios
  • Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and requirements
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams in different time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, sales and product marketing
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
  • Experience with evangelizing products with customers and other internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Define the Edge Collection Strategy: Own and drive the end-to-end product vision for agent-based data collection for XDR data, log shipper integrations, and virtual appliance deployments across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. Ensure flexible, high-fidelity data collection that meets a variety of use cases such as threat detection, compliance, and analytics. Collaborate with support and SRE teams to ensure observability, fault-tolerance, and performance SLAs across collection components. Lead cross-functional collaboration to align telemetry sources with downstream processing, normalization, and storage requirements
  • Requirements Gathering : Work closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to gather requirements. Develop comprehensive PRFAQs (Press Release Frequently Asked Questions) that outline the problem statement, customer value proposition, solution, and user experience, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Develop Strategy documents that clearly outlines where we need to play to win
  • Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and guide architectural decisions. You must have technical expertise and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Drive data-driven decisions : Leverage advanced analytics, product telemetry, and monitoring tools to uncover actionable insights into the adoption, usage patterns, and performance of data collection mechanisms. Identify trends and potential areas for optimization
  • Market Trends: Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends, particularly within emerging technologies, to ensure the Singularity Data Lake and AI SIEM remains at the forefront of innovation and relevance in the cybersecurity landscape
