Principal Software Engineer

Summary

Requirements

Bring at least 8 years of professional experience, demonstrating deep technical expertise

Responsibilities

• Lead development for some of our most important projects, from pixels to database
• Plan projects collaboratively, communicate progress proactively, and continuously seek ways to create the most value for Clarity’s customers
• Build data models, APIs, and services with Django & GraphQL
• Create intuitive, reusable, and accessible user experiences with React (Typescript)
• Establish and promote high standards for software quality, testing, and architecture
• Manage and monitor the health of Clarity’s systems and infrastructure
• Mentor and support your team as a technical leader, enhancing their skills and development
• Represent Clarity’s engineering perspective and philosophy both internally and externally
• Drive meaningful changes across products, standards, and teams, enhancing overall velocity and impact
