Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software development experience with an advanced degree or 15+ years with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Experience owning tech strategy, end to end delivery, and partnering with senior leadership
• Experience designing and building large-scale systems in a multi-tiered, distributed environment

• Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions
• Fully and completely understand system inter-dependencies and limitations
• Possess expert knowledge in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices

• Exert technical influence over multiple teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience. You are a visionary leader, builder and an operator
