Requirements

  • Experience working on networked games
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Developing fresh game mechanics and ability sets that effectively serve player needs, then bring them to life in-game
  • Preparing comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, guidelines, and technical requirements for ability kits
  • Rapidly iterate on prototypes of your designs based on feedback from internal and external playtesting
  • Provide ongoing oversight of designs throughout the development cycle, ensuring they’re meeting goals from inception through live updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Unreal Engine 4
  • Experience supporting a live service title
  • Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related degree
  • Passion for first-person shooters

Benefits

  • $90,000 - $150,000 a year
  • The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000 USD plus equity
