Summary

Circle is a financial technology company looking for a Principal Visual Designer to elevate the quality and detail of their experiences, craft consistency across them, and provide organizational guidance. The designer will own the visual language and interaction patterns for Circle's product suite and ensure exceptional customer experiences. They will collaborate with teams and contribute to design team processes.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of visual and/or UI design experience, working with teams to set direction of look and feel
• Enjoyment of iterating work to ensure end users have successful and enjoyable experiences
• Ability to communicate complex concepts through visuals
• Understanding of how to design cross-channel experiences, notably desktop to mobile
• Less is more design philosophy
• Demonstrated understanding of the benefits of teams utilizing design systems

Responsibilities

• Elevate the overall quality and detail of experiences, craft consistency across them, and provide organizational guidance
• Own the visual language and interaction patterns for Circle’s product suite
• Ensure customers have exceptional experiences each time they engage with us

Benefits

• Day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
• Base Pay Range: $157,500 - $207,500 (Lead Visual Designer)
• Annual Bonus Target: 15% (Lead Visual Designer)
• Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000 (Principal Visual Designer)
• Annual Bonus Target: 17.5% (Principal Visual Designer)
