Principal/Lead Infor Lawson Payroll Consultant

Summary

Join RPI Consultants as an Infor (Lawson) Payroll Principal Consultant and be part of a collaborative team focused on payroll transformation. This role involves leading Infor Payroll upgrades, process improvements, and new product implementations within multi-disciplinary teams. You will be a key decision-maker, contributing to the company's profitability and performance. The position requires extensive experience with Infor Lawson Payroll modules and successful full-cycle implementations. You will work with clients to improve their use of technology to streamline business functions and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working with Infor Lawson Payroll modules, demonstrating proficiency in multiple Infor Lawson HR areas
• Demonstrate experience and a proven track record of leading successful, full cycle engagements implementing Lawson S3 v10 payroll and at least one CloudSuite Global Payroll implementation
• Have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in consulting
• Demonstrate experience implementing in Healthcare or Public Sector environments
• Demonstrate experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support

Responsibilities

• Lead Infor Payroll upgrades
• Lead process improvement projects
• Lead new product implementations
• Work as part of multi-disciplinary implementation teams to improve customer use of Infor HCM Payroll systems
• Work as a peak-performing, senior, contributing member of the Human Capital Management (HCM) team to implement and improve customer’s use of technology to streamline and optimize their business functions
• Contribute to the overall profitability and performance of the company
• Uphold company policies and practices
• Contribute to developing HCM business
• Build client relationships
• Solicit opportunities to add value and billable work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Healthcare or Public Sector environment(s)
