Prison Program Representative

Summary

Join Prison Fellowship®, a Christian non-profit transforming lives for over 40 years, as a Prison Ministry Manager in Hot Springs/Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This key role involves building relationships with churches, volunteers, and correctional staff to support prisoners and their families. You will develop and coach volunteer teams, promote teamwork and spiritual growth, and manage ministry goals. The position requires experience in sales, team building, and fundraising, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. It's a remote position with 60% regional travel. Requirements

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• 2+ years of sales and territory management
• 2+ years of experience building effective teams
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships
• Intermediate computer skills including ability to learn new technology
• Knowledge and application of fundraising
• Demonstrated competency in collaboration, humility, perseverance, adaptability
• Ability to base work from a home office with minimum supervision and function in regional team
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-racially, cross-culturally, and cross-denominationally
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, DOC staff, prison chaplains, etc
• Develop, manage, and coach teams of volunteers to meet ministry goals
• Promote teamwork and personal spiritual development
