Prison Program Representative

Summary

This key role covers Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, focusing on equipping churches to support prisoners and their families. You will build relationships with church volunteers, pastors, and correctional staff, develop and coach volunteer teams, and promote teamwork and spiritual growth. The position requires experience in sales and team building, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. It's a remote position with 60% travel, requiring a home office in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Requirements

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• 2+ years of sales and territory management
• 2+ years of experience building effective teams
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships
• Intermediate computer skills including ability to learn new technology
• Knowledge and application of fundraising
• Demonstrated competency in collaboration, humility, perseverance, adaptability
• Ability to base work from a home office with minimum supervision and function in regional team
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-racially, cross-culturally, and cross-denominationally
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Reside in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, DOC staff, prison chaplains, etc
• Develop, manage, and coach teams of volunteers to meet ministry goals while promoting teamwork and personal spiritual development
