Private Equity Instructor

Summary

Wall Street Prep is seeking a Private Equity Instructor with at least 2 years of experience in both bulge bracket investment banking and private equity firms. The instructor will lead training sessions for clients and develop presentation skills while expanding their professional network. The role requires availability to conduct classroom training during weekdays and weekends, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket firm and 2+ additional years of experience at a private equity firm
• Passion for teaching finance/investment banking
• Very strong accounting, financial modeling and Excel skills
• Availability to conduct classroom training Monday through Friday and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person or virtual training seminars to investment bank, private equity, and corporate clients
• Lead in-person or virtual training seminars to undergraduate business schools and MBA clients
• Edit existing training materials
• Develop new course content
• One-on-one tutoring sessions with students
• Complete WSP's 'Train-the-Trainer Program
