Mento is hiring a
Private Equity / Investment Banking / Finance Coach

Summary

We are looking for senior leaders with 20+ years of experience in finance and coaching to become Mento coaches. Coaches will form 1:1 partnerships with members, provide coaching through virtual sessions and the Mento Platform, participate in weekly training sessions, communicate with members via the platform, and be an integral member of the Mento coaching community.

Requirements

• A CFO, General Partner, Managing Director, or other senior finance leader with 20+ years experience managing finance, investment banking, financial client relationships, and accounting teams and coaching individuals
• At least 15+ years of experience in leadership roles in banking, private equity, venture capital, or other financial institutions

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 coaching, feedback, and support through virtual sessions and the Mento Platform
• Participating in weekly training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills
• Communicating with members via the Mento Platform for important life events outside of sessions
• Being an integral member of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights
• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community
