Remote Proactive Alerting Associate/Specialist

Summary

Join Omnidian's Operational Success team as a Proactive Alerting Associate or Specialist, working with proprietary software to diagnose solar system issues and collaborate on process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate: 6+ months of solar experience or 2+ years of IT or Technical Troubleshooting
• Specialist: 2+ years of solar experience (e.g., technical support role, field service role, technical coursework, solar certificate, or other relevant experience)

Responsibilities

• Review and remotely diagnose solar system issues using Omnidian’s proprietary software
• Work with our operations team to create cases on any serviceable issues
• Collaborate across departmentally to identify and implement changes and updates to our standing SOPs
