Probate Enablement Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Probate Operations Support role at Trust & Will, a remote-first company. Requirements

• Prior probate operational experience is a plus (experience in CA, TX, or FL preferred)
• Experience conducting research, creating resources, and working with complex processes or legal-related documents
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to project manage and track multiple tasks
• Experience working collaboratively to achieve objectives

• Modern tech fluency, including the ability to manage your responsibilities using various communication platforms including Hubspot, GSuite, Guru, and more

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing probate teams in helping support customers’ probate needs
• Help identify the proper forms and provide assistance in overcoming unexpected roadblocks in the probate process
• Capture learnings and contribute to process documentation
• Proactively problem solve, identifying core issues and using different resources to solve problems
• Continuously improve the processes and tools that provide a better experience for customer-facing teams and the members they support
