Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, for example as a process manager, product owner or in product management. Experience in consultancy and/or the energy market is a plus
  • Proven experience in optimizing complex processes and achieving good operational results
  • Experience with analyzing and optimizing processes and developing requirements, process flows, and business cases
  • Strong in data analysis and able to identify improvements based on facts
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing

Responsibilities

  • Identify cross-chain process optimizations and projects within the commercial and service operation
  • Prepare for the implementation of the new energy law
  • Develop process flows, customer journeys, work instructions, and training materials
  • Lead the change process and implement process and system changes in our sourcing, CRM, or billing system, and/or in the online environment of Mijn Vattenfall Zakelijk
  • Perform data analyses for business cases or process analyses
  • Contribute to digitization goals through the use of robotization and/or AI
  • Improve the NPS for business customers

  • Standard year-end bonus of 4.5% of your annual salary
  • Profit sharing up to 3.5% of your annual salary based on the results of Vattenfall Netherlands
