Join our team as a dynamic Process Design Lead and leverage your ServiceNow expertise to revolutionize a key IT implementation project. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in process optimization and ServiceNow, along with experience in process mapping and re-engineering. This is a 9-12 month contract position, fully remote, offering opportunities for self-development and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree
  • 7+ years of experience as Data Subject Matter Expert
  • 5 year of experience across 3-4 projects on ServiceNow especially on the ITSM module
  • Experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and continuous improvement practices

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in crafting, documenting, and optimizing business processes to boost efficiency, ensure consistency, and align with project goals
  • Harness the power of ServiceNow to design and implement workflows, automate processes, and standardize configurations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to dive deep into business needs, scrutinize current workflows, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement
  • Configure and execute ServiceNow workflows and modules to align perfectly with your innovative processes and organizational needs
  • Ensure that every process design not only follows ServiceNow's best practices but also taps into the platform's full potential
  • Join forces with IT and project management teams to seamlessly integrate ServiceNow configurations into the project framework
  • Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Change Managers to ensure everyone's on the same page for process design requirements
  • Energize team understanding and adoption of new workflows through dynamic training sessions and workshops
  • Deliver clear, actionable documentation and guidance on standard operating procedures and process maps
  • Continuously review and monitor processes to uncover potential improvements and keep everything running smoothly
  • Dive into root cause analysis to unlock solutions that optimize workflows, boost performance, and ensure scalability for future growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules and the power to streamline workflows
  • Skilled in bringing processes to life with documentation and visualization tools like Visio and Lucidchart
