Producer/Associate Producer

Summary

Join Gameloft, a leading mobile game developer and publisher, as a Producer! In this role, you will oversee all aspects of game production, from initial pitch to market release. You will manage and motivate teams, ensure quality across development areas, and deliver projects on time and within budget. This position requires at least 3 years of experience as a Producer, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities in English. Requirements

• A minimum 3 years of experience as a Producer
• Strong organizational skills and a rigorous, hard-working attitude
• Ability to organize a team’s workflow following a strict schedule
• Capable of managing, motivating and working with a team under pressure
• Capacity to report to supervisors clearly and thoroughly
• Able to work in English on a daily basis (writing, speaking, managing, conveying ideas)
• Current or former hardcore gamer
• Passion for video games
• Adept at being creative on every detail of the project until its very end, while also thinking globally (on the project’s scope) at the same time

Responsibilities

• Produce a title, from the pitch to the market release
• Macro- and micro-organize the team, planning and following up on the different production cycles: pitch, concept, design documentation, mock-up, alpha, beta, gold
• Oversee quality in different areas of development: game design, art, programming
• Deliver the project on time while respecting the allocated budget
• Communicate constantly with international editing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing teams of creative and specialized people
• Good knowledge of entertainment
• Technical background
