Join Eventbase as a Producer and be the primary point of contact for clients, leading the production of their event apps. Requirements

  • Possess 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end projects, ideally in the digital space with mobile experience
  • Have prior experience working with premier clients as a Project or Account Manager
  • Demonstrate experience in Agile project management
  • Be comfortable managing client expectations through various communication channels
  • Be tech-savvy and passionate about mobile apps
  • Possess a strong sense of ownership and the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Be highly organized and capable of multitasking
  • Be willing to contribute actively to all aspects of the project
  • Reside in Canada with valid work status

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and work directly with clients to set expectations, lead project updates, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Product teams to ensure projects stay on track
  • Partner with clients, recommending features and functionalities to enhance their event experience
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met on time
  • Handle resourcing, team meetings, prioritization, milestone tracking, task tracking, and related administrative tasks
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including timeline, scope, and required resources
  • Lead and motivate the internal production team to deliver successful projects
  • Assess risks, establish task ownership, and communicate objectives clearly
  • Assist clients with risk handling, troubleshooting, and solution finding
  • Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Smartsheets, and Slack to enhance efficiency
  • Manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines professionally
  • Travel to client events as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold a Scrum Master Certification and/or PMP designation
  • Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science
  • Have experience using Jira
  • Have led web and/or mobile development projects with six-figure budgets
  • Have a track record of leading and motivating internal teams of up to 8 people
