Requirements
- 3-6+ years of proven experience in product documentation, technical writing, or blogging
- Strong command of English, including excellent spelling and grammar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills for delivering training via video
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
- Skilled at simplifying complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging educational content
- Meticulous attention to detail in documenting information accurately
- Ability to quickly learn and document new technologies
- Good understanding of User Experience (UX)
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the internal Donorbox Product Handbook, ensuring it is comprehensive and up-to-date
- Collaborate with our Product Managers to gain a deep understanding of our product features
- Thoroughly test Donorbox product features using our staging environments to ensure accurate documentation
- Document all aspects of the Donorbox product in an organized and professional way
- Create engaging training materials for customers and internal teams
- Keep the Donorbox Knowledge Base current and informative
- Lead live training sessions via video calls for team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tech industry
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Capable of delivering high quality, edited content efficiently
