Product Development Manager

Requirements

• Extensive product development experience, especially with Amazon/e-commerce products
• Engineering background or strong understanding of manufacturing and sourcing processes
• English proficiency
• Problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Creativity and innovation for improving product design and functionality
• Ability to work independently
• Experience working with factories to develop new products

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and product opportunities
• Evaluate new product ideas and assess their viability
• Communicate with suppliers about pricing, customizations, and production processes
• Order and test product samples
• Engineer product improvements and differentiations
• Manage the product development process from ideation to final production
