Summary

Join InDebted as a Product Lead to execute one segment of the Product Strategy, build and maintain the Product Roadmap, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Product Strategy.

• You have the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You are comfortable to lead without formal authority, you can influence others and drive decisions
• You empathetically collaborate with all stakeholders, seek to understand their challenges and constraints. You’ll work tirelessly to foster and maintain a collaborative working environment
• You can use all the tools at your disposal to find answers yourself. A data-informed approach will help you in this role

Responsibilities

• Define and constantly refine Product Roadmap(s) to deliver on the Product Strategy for one or more Product Development teams
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across the business to prioritize and sequence delivery, develop and refine solution designs, help engineers to clarify and document Product Requirements
• Coordinate across departments to ensure that all the moving parts are managed so that the released product features can fulfill their potential
• Work with R&D Leadership and the Senior Management Team to develop, update, and maintain the Product Strategy
• Champion the impact of R&D work by creating, monitoring, and sharing metrics that show the impact of the execution of the Product Strategy
