Summary
Join Pathward as a Product Line Manager Sr. – ATM Sponsorship and Money Movement and lead the development and lifecycle management of the bank’s ATM sponsorship and money movement product offerings. This role focuses on enabling independent ATM deployers (IADs), ISOs, and processing partners to operate ATM fleets under the bank’s regulatory and network credentials. You will work cross-functionally with compliance, network partners, operations, and technology teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and operationally sound ATM sponsorship program. This is a strategic role in a regulated enablement bank that powers fintechs and third-party payment businesses. You will develop and maintain program documentation, drive revenue growth, partner with cross-functional teams to set product strategy, understand partner and end-user needs, manage the product life cycle, monitor product performance, and drive go-to-market strategies. The role also includes managing product P/L, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and developing industry expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 5+ years’ experience
- 5+ year’s prior industry experience with ATM and money movement products required

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation that addresses compliance, risk management, regulatory requirements, and other governance topics
- Drive revenue growth by developing new solutions and expanding use of existing products
- Partner with cross functional teams to set the product strategy, priorities, and roadmap
- Understand the needs and problems of both Pathward partners and end users
- Partner with internal areas to perform market research and discovery
- Own strategic relationships with key third party partners. Recommend new relationships as needed
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementations
- Monitor and communicate product performance, key metrics, and relevant partner/user feedback
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements, working with various internal departments to execute
- Manage product P/L. Support forecasting and annual budget planning
- Develop industry expertise by attending industry events, consuming industry research, and analyzing the competitive landscape
