Summary

The Asset Team at OKX aims to deliver a top-tier asset management experience by refining and enhancing core functionalities of crypto funding movement, portfolio management, and asset transparency. The team member will develop a product roadmap, stay updated with industry trends, conduct research, define requirements, champion user-centric design, and monitor performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business)
• Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and the mechanics of on-chain transactions
• In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space
• Conduct competitor & user research, gather feedback, and analyze data
• Define clear product requirements and user stories
• Champion a user-centric approach
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to on-chain transactions

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language
