Senior Product Manager, Admin Onboarding & Provisioning

Summary

Join 1Password's Admin Onboarding and Provisioning team as a customer-obsessed product manager. You will leverage customer insights to develop a best-in-class provisioning experience, prioritizing key customer problems and driving impactful solutions. This role requires collaboration with design, engineering, and product teams, ensuring quality and usability. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success
• Experience working on SaaS platforms or enterprise software in the security space
• Strong understanding of user provisioning tools such as Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, etc
• Experience with subscription models and user lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes
• Worked on features that enhance team management and administrative controls for user provisioning
• Track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the feature/product you owned
• An action-bias that won’t wait to create change
• Obsession with understanding customer problems
• Ability to represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team
• Strong presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scales from technical to non-technical
• Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems and remove roadblocks
• Ability to prioritize tasks and use data - both qualitative and quantitative - to drive decision-making

Responsibilities

• Work with other PM’s and cross functional partners to understand customer problems and define requirements so your engineering counterparts can create great solutions
• Take a holistic view of a customers' needs that holistically covers buyers, users, and administrators
• Work with Engineering, Design, Marketing and GTM teams to ensure quality, security and usability of the products that you deliver
• Set and champion the high bar for our products
• Excel at prioritization, collaboration and communication, all while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results
• Treat others with kindness, respect and with empathy

Preferred Qualifications

• Background and experience in the fields of user privacy, security, identity and access management are a plus
• Excellent presentation skills and experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly the sales, support and customer success teams
