Product Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, and payments
• Good understanding of AI and ML technologies and their applications in transaction routing
• Experience in the payments ecosystem is essential
• Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
• Capable of leading 3rd party API integrations
• Proficient with data, comfortable using SQL
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle different challenges

Responsibilities

• Defining the strategy and roadmap for the routing team, focusing on selecting the best provider to route transactions
• Developing and implementing AI and ML-based solutions to optimize transaction routing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to develop and deploy routing solutions
• Developing and implementing internal tools for our routing solutions
• Analyzing and using data to make informed decisions and continuously improve routing strategies
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and payment technologies
• Ensuring that routing solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Working closely with other product teams to ensure that routing solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders
• Leading discovery sessions with business teams to identify new opportunities
• Leading the design of solutions, working with business teams to bring the details down to earth
