Requirements
- 7+ years of product management or related experience creating software products
- Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree
- Experience working with API integration and technical understanding of cloud-based platform architecture
- Experience in Employer Services
- Initiative taker, comfortable to start projects from a blank sheet of paper
- Good technical experience in Agile delivery methodologies
Responsibilities
- Implement the product strategy for HR Compliance products
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, balancing priorities, revenue impact, and client-focused initiatives
- Articulate near- and long-term product strategies and roadmaps to senior stakeholders
- Define the product roadmap, managing stakeholders in product, engineering, and operations
- Balance immediate needs and long-term investments in the product roadmap, aligning with priorities and strategic vision
- Collaborate with teams to lead product vision, define requirements, and coordinate with shared resource teams
- Analyze metrics to assess product health, mitigate risks, and use insights to refine the product roadmap

- Industry Familiarity β Knowledge of employer services, with a focus on year-end tax statements (US, Canada, Puerto Rico), ACA reporting, and pay statements
