Product Manager, Conversational AI for Customer Service

Summary

Join our Customer Service Automation team as a Product Manager to lead the international roll-out and continuous improvement of our AI voice bot, scale and optimize our AI chatbot, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and execute a strategic roadmap for conversational AI products, monitor and analyze performance metrics, and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, specifically in conversational AI or related fields
• Strong understanding of telephony services, with experience in solutions like Twilio for building call flows with multiple queues
• Solid understanding and/or experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications for conversational AI
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and drive decision-making
• Experience in international product roll-outs and managing diverse stakeholder expectations
