Product Manager, Gen AI

Requirements

• Experience using and applying Large Language Models . You should know how to prompt engineer them, how to evaluate them, and understand how they are tuned
• Hands-on experience building or using LLM powered Agentic solutions
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product
• Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development
• Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.)
• Worked with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral
• Built or iterated on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms
• Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
• Fluent in English and Turkish

Responsibilities

• Define the why, when, and what of the products that the engineering team is building. This means you will be leading cross-functional teams with your communication starting from a product's ideation all the way through to its launch
• Build a product and strategy which reflects Insider`s vision. Your job is to clearly articulate the business value to the product team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release
• Define the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market
• Manage and prioritize product items. You will be owning the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. You will be continuously benchmarking, monitoring and understanding market needs and requirements, competition, customer/user requirements, and emerging technologies
• Define and analyze the metrics to calculate how features or products are performing, what is the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements
• Create great products that everybody loves
