Summary

The Binance Accelerator Program is a 6-month immersive experience for current university students and recent graduates in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. The program offers an opportunity to work at Binance, gain insights into industry trends, participate in user growth and product operations, and improve various skills.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the cryptocurrency industry and user growth
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learning ability, capable of adapting and proposing effective solutions in complex environments
• Creative thinking, capable of proposing unique activities and promotional ideas

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and promoting mini-games
• Follow up on mini-game development progress and communicate with the technical team to ensure smooth product launch
• Analyze user behavior through data and propose operational and optimization suggestions

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of product design, market promotion, and user operations is preferred
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms, basic programming skills or project management experience is a plus
