Summary

Join Platform Science as a Product Manager and develop innovative products impacting customers and the business. Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborating with engineering and design teams. Develop product strategy, incorporating customer needs, product vision, and business objectives. Create and maintain a result-oriented product roadmap. Foster collaboration and psychological safety within the team. Promote data-driven decision-making and a positive user experience. This role requires proven experience in digital product management, preferably B2B SaaS, and availability for travel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full lifecycle management of digital products, preferably B2B SaaS
• Availability for travel is required
• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Technology or related fields
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy, incorporating customer needs, product vision, and business objectives
• Create and maintain a result-oriented product roadmap with success metrics that support the product strategy
• Seek synergy with other Platform Science products, aiming to contribute to equipment integration
• Demonstrate familiarity with agile management, fostering continuous and incremental value delivery to both customers and the business
• Foster collaboration and psychological safety within the multidisciplinary team, maintaining close ties and synergy with the Engineering Manager, Product Designer, and other Engineering and Data/AI team members to achieve product results
• Promote the use of data for decision-making and strive to deliver a pleasant user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Desirable experience with embedded software products
• Experience in agile management and Scrum, fostering continuous and incremental value delivery to both customers and the business
• Desirable knowledge in the field of telemetry and logistics
• Desirable knowledge of product return on investment
• A postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Product Management, or related fields will be a plus
