Summary

Join Elite Technology as our Group Product Manager, Work to Cash and play a key leadership role in shaping Elite’s financial product capabilities. This high-impact, remote position requires a customer-centric and strategic product leader with deep expertise in Work to Cash processes within B2B SaaS and mid-sized, PE-backed legal tech environments. You will drive the vision and execution of our Work to Cash portfolio, lead a team of Product Managers, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will define and own the roadmap for the Work to Cash domain, identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial processes, and leverage trends in SaaS monetization to guide product innovation. This role demands strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions across the financial lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or law degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or related roles, including 5+ years in product management and 3+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong domain expertise in Work to Cash processes, including billing, collections, AR/AP, and financial platforms, with awareness of AI’s role in transforming these workflows
  • Experience building or scaling financial products for mid-market to enterprise clients—ideally within legal tech, fintech, or regulated industries
  • Demonstrated success delivering financial software that drives revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Deep understanding of SaaS finance workflows and ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct)
  • Prior experience in PE-backed, growth-stage environments
  • Excellent communication and influence skills—written, verbal, and presentation—across all organizational levels
  • A collaborative leadership style with a track record of cross-functional execution in matrixed environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the roadmap for the Work to Cash domain, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial processes (time capture, billing, payments, revenue recognition, etc.)
  • Leverage trends in SaaS monetization, legal billing compliance, and enterprise finance to guide product innovation
  • Prioritize work based on business impact, customer feedback, and data-driven insights
  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, incorporating structured planning (OKRs, roadmaps, backlog management)
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX Design, and QA to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Use customer feedback and product analytics to drive continuous improvement and post-launch iteration
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship and growth opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with UX, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to align priorities and support go-to-market efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-driven financial insights or data products
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with customers and internal teams
  • A bias for action, business acumen, and the ability to build alignment across teams in fast-paced, lean environments
