Requirements
- 7+ years experience in B2B product marketing, with prior success marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutions
- 2+ years experience as a people manager
- Exceptional written and oral communication with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging
- Excels in dynamic, global environments with competing priorities
- Able to lead and influence across all functions and levels
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Servant leader and team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Clinical Operations product marketing team
- Act as the primary point person for Clinical Operations product marketing globally
- Collaborate on marketing strategy and annual planning in conjunction with field marketing, strategy, and sales
- Partner with field marketing to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate to specific audiences
- Craft compelling and succinct product messaging and positioning
- Create content (e.g. thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics) to articulate the benefits of our solutions
- Maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations
- Play a critical role in Veeva customer conferences, including planning the agenda, recruiting customer speakers, and creating customer content
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the life sciences industry
- Experience marketing to both net new and existing customers
