Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of product marketing experience, preferably within the health tech industry and experience marketing to Health Plan and/or ACO audience segments
- Experience with B2B SaaS technology and familiarity with the healthcare landscape
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Demonstrated success launching products and supporting product growth through tailored go-to-market strategies and compelling positioning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing value propositions, positioning, messaging, and delivering presentations
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value of care collaboration solutions to Health Plan and ACO segments
- Define target audiences and key value propositions for segments and products, collaborating on marketing strategies to reach the right audience
- Partner with the Demand team to align marketing campaign priorities and plans with financial targets
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
- Develop effective marketing strategies based on market research insights
- Become an expert on customers and the industry, understanding their buying behaviors, criteria, and regulatory considerations, particularly for Health Plan and ACO segments
- Support key initiatives and product launches, collaborating with product development, sales, customer success, and demand marketing teams
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine future strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the Health Plan, ACO, and/or Post-Acute space
- Understanding of relevant regulations, compliance, and market dynamics impacting Health plans and ACOs
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and optimize marketing performance
