Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing or consulting
  • Proven experience working with enterprise sales teams, ideally in a startup environment
  • A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude, with a drive to get things done across multiple marketing disciplines
  • A self-starter who’s passionate about the success of the team and takes initiative
  • Ability to travel monthly for meetings, events, and client entertainment
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive new business growth
  • Equip the sales team with impactful messaging, content, collateral, decks, case studies, and market insights to support deal velocity
  • Lead event and conference strategy to build pipeline and accelerate sales cycles
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth through demand generation campaigns, gifting, targeted email outreach, advertising and social media campaigns
  • Partner closely with product teams to tell compelling product success stories and support go-to-market launches for new features
  • Shape Setpoint’s approach to reaching new audiences by defining our value proposition and competitive positioning
