Requirements
- 3+ Years of Experience : Proven track record of owning product features within Salesforce and Tableau, including feature breakdown, use case creation, and requirements definition that align with user needs and business objectives
- Prioritization and Roadmapping : Ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs for Salesforce and Tableau integrations, define user stories, and ensure the product roadmap aligns with business goals and user needs
- Agile/Scrum Processes : Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Data, Engineering) to deliver iterative and impactful outcomes, particularly in a Salesforce/CRM context
- Data Analytics & Visualization : Experience with Tableau to build effective data visualizations, and integration of analytical tools into Salesforce to enable data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
- User Research : Ability to conduct user research, including interviews and synthesis of findings, to drive informed product decisions in the Salesforce and Tableau ecosystem
- Strategic and Tactical Execution : Strong ability to think strategically to meet business objectives related to CRM and analytics, and effectively manage the tactical execution of these goals through Salesforce and Tableau solutions
- Effective Communication : Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product vision, user needs, and product progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Fluency in English
- Residency in the Netherlands, UK, Pennsylvania, New York, or Brazil at the start of employment
- Must be within commuting distance of our office in Amsterdam, London, Philadelphia, New York City, or Sรฃo Paulo
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for the Salesforce Squad, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global sales objectives
- Define and refine backlog items, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, to guide development efforts in Salesforce Core and integration tools such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Tableau
- Collaborate cross-team to ensure proper alignment, data integration, consistency, visualization, and reporting
- Ensure Salesforce manages opportunities and the sales pipeline efficiently, reflecting the needs of global network sales operations
- Act as the primary liaison between Global Partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Tableau effectively support sales, marketing ,and impact management objectives across the global network
- Work closely with Global Partners managing communities to gather insights and feedback on user engagement, ensuring Salesforce provides a 360-degree view that empowers internal users to serve our mission effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data, to ensure alignment between community engagement strategies and Salesforce's functionality, helping provide a unified view of user interactions and sales data
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to validate priorities, align on key initiatives, and communicate updates on improvements in Salesforce's capabilities
- Collaborate with process teams to monitor changes and support updates to operational workflows, while assisting with knowledge management and change management initiatives to keep Salesforce aligned with evolving needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including Engineering and Data, to deliver iterative improvements to Salesforce
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring team efforts remain focused on the highest priority items
- Use agile methodologies to adapt to user feedback and evolving priorities, ensuring Salesforce supports both internal sales teams and customer needs
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Salesforce's effectiveness in managing the sales pipeline, user access, and integration with Business Intelligence tools
- Measure the impact of updates and new features, providing insights to inform future development
- Report progress and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with organizational sales goals
- Take ownership of the existing backlog from the previous Product Owner, ensuring that it is fully understood and prioritized
- Align the backlog with organizational goals, product vision, and user needs while refining and adding new features based on stakeholder feedback
- Develop a roadmap to guide the team through iterative releases
- Meet with key stakeholders, including internal teams, Global Partners, and external users, to gain a deep understanding of the productโs current state, challenges, and opportunities
- Gather insights to ensure alignment with business objectives and refine the product vision and strategy
- Map and optimize the journey for Salesforce users, ensuring they have seamless access to the right data at the right time
- This includes identifying key touchpoints where data accuracy, availability, and user permissions impact their experience
- By aligning data strategy with the customer journey we can improve our data quality and integrity and establish clear access rights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate data visibility and access controls across the ecosystem
Benefits
- An annual salary in the range of โฌ84,600 - โฌ90,500 (inclusive of holiday allowance)
- 20 vacation days per year, prorated to your start date - front-loaded and restarting each January 1; increased to 25 days after third anniversary
