Summary

Join our team as a Product Owner, where you'll drive the product development process and ensure the development team delivers valuable outcomes for our clients and their users.

Requirements

  • The ability to understand and capture business requirements that align with product goals, positioning, and principles
  • Expertise in outlining a clear product vision, direction, priorities, and progress, based on business objectives and stakeholder input
  • A strong understanding of Agile principles and practices to optimize the product development process
  • Experience collaborating with design and development teams to achieve a shared product vision in line with the product roadmap
  • The ability to identify risks and effectively communicate them to the Service Delivery Manager
  • A knack for generating desirable, usable, feasible, and viable product or service ideas, along with the ability to define a product vision supported by a clear business case ready for market
  • Skills in influencing stakeholders and teams, leading ceremonies and workshops to align goals, and ensuring everyone understands and internalizes the desired outcomes
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging and effective presentations to diverse audiences, using the appropriate structure, visuals, tone of voice, and body language to positively influence decision-making
  • Experience with the hosting industry would be a plus
  • Fluent command of English

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team, client, and their users to understand technical constraints, business goals, and user needs
  • Translate product ideas into product features with clear requirements and validate them with stakeholders, users, and the development team
  • Suggest, clearly explain, and own the Sprint Goal
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize the product backlog items
  • Develop user stories, epics, and initiatives
  • Help the team stay focused on creating high-value increments
  • Identify and manage dependencies and development risks
  • Understand relevant use cases and business-critical processes
  • Lead the Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Backlog Refinements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies
  • Create product documentation
