Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience in a high growth startup environment
• Collaborative, pragmatic, user-focused mindset
• Experience with performance and optimization problems
• Ability to resolve and prevent performance issues
• Experience across the stack in production web and server codebases with sophisticated use of relational database systems
• Ability to build within unfamiliar systems and write maintainable, well-tested code
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first organization

Responsibilities

• Solve novel technical and developer experience challenges
• Work close to users on a product-minded team
• Design and implement features
• Measure product results and iterate
