Requirements

• Must be a High School Graduate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 6 months of Customer Service Experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Self-Starter
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Multi-tasker (able to move between multiple screens)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers via inbound customer service and sales calls
• Provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our client to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
• Handle some sales calls and minor technical support
