Summary
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our client, handling inbound calls, sales, and minor technical support.
Requirements
- Must be a High School Graduate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 6 months of Customer Service Experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Self-Starter
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Multi-tasker (able to move between multiple screens)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers via inbound customer service and sales calls
- Provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our client to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
- Handle some sales calls and minor technical support
