Summary
Join Skedda, a leading workplace management platform, as a Product (UX) Designer in a remote, high-impact role based in Europe/CET. You will collaborate across departments throughout the product development lifecycle, conducting user research, creating designs and specifications, and maintaining the design system. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of UX/Product Design experience with modern web applications, strong Figma proficiency, and user research experience. You will balance design goals with technical feasibility and business needs, working closely with engineering and product teams. - 2+ years of experience in a UX or Product Design role, ideally working on a modern web app with an emphasis on responsive design
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Firsthand experience conducting user research
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
- Basic technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments throughout the full product development lifecycle
- Help lead and conduct generative and evaluative user research to inform our prioritization and design decisions
- Create low fidelity concepts and wireframes to help us explore and rapidly iterate on potential solutions
- Deliver high quality designs and specs to clearly communicate design requirements to the engineering team
- Balance design goals with technical feasibility and business requirements
- Help maintain and improve our design system and core components to maintain a consistent experience
