Summary

Ikerian AG is seeking a Product-Enabled Sales Manager to leverage deep product knowledge, develop sales enablement strategies, and enhance the sales team's performance. The role requires a candidate with a bachelor or master degree, ideally a combination of engineering and commercial/sales, 2 years of experience at the intersection of product and sales processes within Technology SaaS Startups/Scaleups, exceptional English communication skills, and proficiency in using CRM platforms, product development tools, and generative AI tools. Requirements

  • Bachelor and or master degree ideally combination of engineering and commercial / sales
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience at the intersection of product and sales processes within Technology SaaS Startups / Scaleups
  • Extremely tech-savvy with a data-driven approach to sales, proficient in CRM platforms, with a preference for HubSpot, or demonstrating effective use of similar sales tools
  • A pronounced interest and proficiency in using product development tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and generative AI tools to boost productivity and foster collaboration
  • A deep understanding of and interest in software development, products, and SaaS business models, with an appreciation for Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Exceptional English communication skills, adept at crafting and delivering compelling training sessions and sales materials
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a collaborative spirit as a team player
  • Must be a resident of a European country and willing/able to work as a freelancer if not based in Switzerland

Responsibilities

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the software platform
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy
  • Create segment-specific sales materials
  • Refine the consultative sales process
  • Implement the process for collecting, analyzing, and acting on feedback from both the sales team and customers
  • Oversee the proposal creation process
  • Explore and integrate new technologies and processes to enhance sales workflows
