Production Support Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Mulesoft Production Support Specialist and ensure the operational stability and efficiency of our integration platform. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with development teams and other IT staff. This is a full-time, remote position working US hours (5:30 AM to 3 PM PH time). The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in IT support or software development with Mulesoft, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will monitor Mulesoft integrations, implement best practices, document procedures, and provide technical support. The role requires collaboration, independent work, and continuous assessment of platform performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in IT support or software development with Mulesoft
• Understanding of integration architecture and API management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and availability of Mulesoft integrations and APIs
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Mulesoft platform
• Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of integrations
• Implement best practices for monitoring and alerting mechanisms
• Document system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, for workaround or defects resolution
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis
• Continuously assess integration platform performance and recommend improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Mulesoft certification is a plus
